The HUB Erina has become one of the most impressive venues for community youth & intergenerational entertainment in Australia.

Our venue is a cutting edge community facility made available to community groups, bringing great opportunity for a vibrant and exciting diversity of activities, events, workshops, seminars, educational initiatives, proactive groups, competitions, showcases, meetings and more.

We aim to provide a variety of structured programs, entertainment, activities, information and referral services to young people and the wider community, currently engaging an average of 1500 people between 6 and 24yrs. every month. Our programmed activities promote positive development for young people within the safe and supportive environment of our centre.

With tiered seating and state of the art sound & lighting, The HUB Erina is a sought after venue for a diverse range of activities including schools programs, dance groups, drama, rock, hip hop and acoustic concerts, comedy, dance and martial arts competitions, catwalk shows, big screen movies, trivia nights and more.

The HUB Erina, formerly known as the Erina Youth Centre, is an initiative of the Central Coast Council Youth Services.

 


 

In partnership with various local businesses and organisations

The Central Coast Council Youth Services’ The HUB Erina,

are working on events and programs

that bring significant benefits and that enable positive social change.

By achieving a sense of place, engaging communities and enhancing

local image and identity, events bring valuable experiences

to both those participating and those attending.

 

A regional venue, the HUB Erina builds on existing programs in the

youth sector to provide a platform for young people to showcase their passion and talent. Not

limited by the venue walls, the HUB Erina have connections with event organizers to provide further

opportunities for young performers across the region (and beyond) and to cross network with industry specialists and professionals.

 

Battle of the Bands, DISCOVERED and SPRINGBOARD

 were developed to maintain and build on

the high standard of opportunity and professional experiences

available on the Central Coast

for young people to showcase their unique talent.

We welcome you to participate in the programs as a contestant or audience member.

Programs

The HUB Erina Youth Entertainment Venue

- is host to live music events since 2005, helping launch the careers of Shortstack, Elaskia, Karise Eden and Fletch Pilon.

- is renowned as a venue for rock, alternative and indie music with its BATTLE of the BANDS and DISCOVERED events.

The HUB Erina's policy of nurturing new music continues to this day, making it a great place to spot the stars of tomorrow. 

 

The HUB Erina | Program Development & Event Management
- The Creative Engineers project delivers professional development programs to connect young people to the Central Coast arts sector. The program provides an opportunity of creative cultivation and creative leadership for young people, linking in with the strong community of artists, performers and musicians in the region.

The HUB Erina | The Core Skills Development project delivers both accelerated foundation programs (< 12 weeks) and standard foundation programs (> 12 weeks < 12 months).
Through strategic alignment with youth focused run activities, the overall project provides a broad number of discipline based programs spanning across the arts and fitness to incorporate wellbeing.
